The State Reserves Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan announces the procurement of high-quality local food wheat, produced in 2025, from domestic producers until September 1, 2025.

The food wheat to be procured must meet all the quality indicators specified in the AZS 888:2025 “Wheat. Technical Conditions” standard for Classes I, II, and III, as well as the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Food Safety.

The compliance of the proposed food wheat with the quality requirements must be certified by laboratories accredited in the relevant field.

Please note that during procurement process, the quality indicators of the food wheat will be additionally inspected by the State Reserves Agency of Azerbaijan, and any food wheat that does not meet the quality requirements will not be accepted.

We inform that the delivery of food wheat to the reception points shall be carried out at the expense of the producer. The addresses and contact numbers of the reception points are as follows:

Additionally, we inform you that under contracts signed with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the framework of the pilot project “On Measures to Increase Self-Sufficiency in Food Wheat”, based on the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan Republic dated July 19, 2022, No. 1754, subsidies will be provided for food wheat delivered by individuals who are engaged in the production of food wheat using modern irrigation systems.

If, during the delivery period, the average statistical import price of food wheat is lower than the state procurement price of 400 manats, as established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 23, 2025, No. 374s, the product subsidy coefficient will be revised by the Agricultural Subsidy Council to compensate producers participating in the program the price difference to.

Producers  whose food wheat meets the above-mentioned requirements are kindly requested to send their sales proposals, along with the quality indicators certified by an accredited laboratory, to the email address office@dea.gov.az.
